Privacy
Your Trail works for you.
This initial privacy notice explains the account information JumboTrail currently collects, why it is used and the product boundaries that protect personal context.
Initial product notice: This copy is for product review and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
Information we collect
For account setup, we collect your first name, verified email, birth year and required consent choices. Additional profile details may be requested progressively after login when they have a clear purpose.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, establish standard-user age eligibility, communicate about sign-in, record required consent and provide support. Personal Trail information is not an advertising profile.
AI suggestions and personal facts
Jumbo may suggest useful connections, but an AI suggestion does not silently become a fact about you. Confirmed personal context and suggested context remain distinct.
People, connections and caretakers
Adding someone to My People does not create an account or grant them access. A Trail Connection does not automatically expose a Trail, and caretaker status does not grant blanket Trail access. Every protected request requires authorization; knowing an object identifier is never enough.
Security and providers
Authentication links are time-limited and stored only as cryptographic hashes. We may use service providers to operate infrastructure and deliver transactional email under appropriate safeguards.
Your questions
We do not yet publish an account-deletion or retention promise. Those policies require formal approval. Contact privacy@jumbotrail.com with privacy questions.
