Terms for the initial JumboTrail experience.

Initial product terms: This copy is for product review and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

Who may use JumboTrail

Standard JumboTrail registration and the normal user experience are intended for adults aged 45 and above. You must provide accurate registration information and only create an account for yourself. A distinct caretaker exception may apply to an explicitly designated adult aged 18 or above, but does not provide the normal/full experience.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your email account and devices. Sign-in links are personal, time-limited and should not be forwarded.

Service boundaries

JumboTrail supports cognitive engagement, learning, connection and everyday living. It does not prevent, diagnose, treat, cure or reverse dementia, cognitive decline or other medical conditions, and it is not an emergency service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation or use it to harm others.
